Agent Authority Engine is an AI-powered content generation platform designed for real estate professionals. Our Service generates daily market reports, social media content, and other marketing materials based on your preferences and market area.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API keys that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Account Restrictions

You may not:

Create multiple accounts for the same individual
Share your account credentials with others
Use another user's account without permission
Use automated methods to create accounts
Sell, trade, or transfer your account to another party

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account may be suspended or terminated.

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of that period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Resell or redistribute content generated by the Service without authorization
Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our systems

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service, including your brand assets, headshots, and voice samples. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content generated by our Service for your personal or business marketing purposes. This license does not permit you to resell the generated content as a service to third parties.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content generated for you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Agent Authority Engine. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

7. Voice Cloning Consent

If you choose to use our voice cloning feature, you must provide explicit consent. By providing a voice sample, you:

Confirm that the voice is your own or you have legal authorization to use it
Consent to the creation of a synthetic voice model based on your sample
Understand that the synthetic voice will be used solely to generate your content
May revoke consent at any time by deleting your voice profile

We will never use your voice sample or synthetic voice for purposes other than generating your requested content, and we will not share voice data with third parties except our voice technology provider (ElevenLabs) for the sole purpose of voice synthesis.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of generated content
That the Service will meet your specific requirements
That the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
That any errors in the Service will be corrected

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding real estate advertising in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to truth-in-advertising laws and real estate licensing requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AGENT AUTHORITY ENGINE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agent Authority Engine and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of and access to the Service
Your violation of any term of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
